Alison McCarthy

Alison McCarthy brings over a decade of experience working to prevent and address interpersonal violence to her role as Senior Victim Services Specialist, both by tackling systemic issues and providing direct support to victim survivors. Prior to joining the RMvlc team in 2021, Ms. McCarthy earned their Masters of Social Work from the University of Denver. She grew up all over the world and has enjoyed setting some roots in Colorado since 2005. Alison is passionate about remedying injustices and celebrating the inherent dignity of all people. Her time outside of work is spent connecting with loved ones, cuddling with her rescue cat Monroe, and enjoying spontaneous dance parties.
